of Use By using our Picsures image hosting service you agree with the following terms and conditions: Cloudeight Internet LLC and Cloudeight Picsures will not be responsible for loss, damage or corruption of your images and digital pictures. We strongly urge you to keep a copy of all images and digital pictures on your hard drive, CD-ROM, or other media. Cloudeight Picsures is an image hosting site, not an image storage site. We make no warranties expressed or implied about our service whether you use the free account or the paid "Gold" account we make no guarantee that certain features will be available at all times. We reserve the right to remove any account which abuses our service. We reserve the right to remove any account which violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any account which contains lewd, pornographic, suggestive, or other offensive content. You understand and agree if your account violates our "family-content" rule it may be removed without notifying you and you will not be given a refund at our discretion. Anyone found creating multiple accounts using various email addresses will be subject to having all his or her accounts deleted and IP address banned from creating any Picsures accounts. You agree and understand that creating multiple accounts violates our terms of service and that duplicate accounts including your original account (paid or free) may be deleted at our discretion with or without notifying you. Cloudeight Picsures is a service that allows you to share your images and digital pictures with your friends and family; to store your own original Smileycons expansion packs for use in the Smileycons program; to host images for auction sites like eBay. Cloudeight assumes no responsibility for any images, digital photos, or other content uploaded to our servers by its users. We will not be responsible for the content of users accounts and we will not be liable for loss or damage to any images you upload to our servers. You are advised to keep backup copies of all images you upload to our servers. Cloudeight Picsures is an image hosting service not an image backup service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloudeight Internet LLC, its hosts, and its sponsors from any loss, damage, or inconvenience you may incur while using the Picsures service. You understand and consent to the above simply by using the service. If you don't agree with the terms and conditions set forth herein, do not use the Cloudeight Picsures service.
